Across Roads Center for the Arts endeavored a data-based study to assess the needs and desires of the community in the Waterbury area to better understand the inherent needs of the community, both in and out of the arts sector. They conducted extensive surveys, interviews, and community forums to gather this information from artists, businesses, community leaders and other stakeholders withine the community. With the analytical help of Dawn Ellis Associates, a leader in Vermont’s Creative Economy articulators and policy shapers, we were able to compile this concise preport.
